This is the final design to be built in 20 days!
"Let Them Be Kids" is a volunteer, non-profit organization created to build community capacity on the grassroots level; while building playgrounds, skateparks, and fitness parks across Canada. These projects leave a legacy of community members who are inspired and better equipped to lay a strong foundation for a brighter tomorrow.

21 Days!
Congratulations to Brockville, Ontario on their build day today. Hard to believe that will be us in 21 more days! Our build day is May 26 and it is going to be a fabulous day. We have over 100 volunteers signed up and ready to go but we still need more...as they say many hands make light work! Help us get the word out! Ask your friends, neighbours, and family if they would like to be a part of this big day for St. Jean. They can sign up right here on this site. There will be lots to do on build day for everyone. There are even lots of activities planned for the young children too that are too little to help build. Games, crafts, a fire truck and even Sunny the Clown will be around to keep everyone smiling throughout the day.

Rotary Fundraiser
The Rotary Club of Charlottetown Royalty held their major fundraiser last
Thursday evening. Their Back to School fundraising event raised
an estimated $30000.00 for the St. Jean Playground Project. There was live
entertainment, live and silent auctions and lots of fun classroom themed
activities and prizes. We are so
grateful to have the Rotary on board with St. Jean - what a wonderful
partnership. A big thank you to all of
the Rotarians who came together to make this night a huge success. Woohoo!
